Periodically I am going to feature one of our office listings.  This blog is not meant to be a place where you come and search for homes.  Please go to one of our office web sites, especially our broker’s site where he has set up an excellent search platform.  However, I’d like to shine a spotlight on an occasional home that I really like.

New Home, sheltered in the midst of the forest

This home is located on one acre in the midst of the forest.  It is a brand new manufactured home that has been custom installed to extend the life of the home.  It has a 2-car garage that is attached by way of a breezeway.  You can move from your vehicle to your home under cover and on concrete walkways — stay dry!  There are many upgrades inside the home, and the color of the interior seems just perfect for the forest setting.  It is on a private road that is maintained by the community.  Deer, humingbirds, eagles, squirrels, etc. enjoy visiting the property.  There is a large covered patio out back to enjoy watching these visitors.  See lots more at the Internet Flyer

Waterfront Home

This home is located in one of our several Home Owners Associations, or Community Clubs.  It is located on Fawn Lake.  Fawn Lake is approximately 70 acres in size.  It is a non-power boat lake, and is stocked with fish several times a year.  The view from this home is awesome, and this picture doesn’t do it justice:

The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, with a bonus room.  It has a great room concept for the living area so you can see the view of the lake even while you are busy in the kitchen.  The master bedroom is also on the lake side of the house, and there are French doors going out to the deck.  There is a 5-piece master bathroom, and a walk in closet.   The deck is large and I can imagine doing some great entertaining out on that deck, or simply sitting out on that deck and enjoying watching the ducks on the lake.

You can find out more about this home, and see lots more pictures by going to our companion web site for this blog.
