Greetings. This is a new blog for those who are interested in real estate, whether as a seller or buyer. There is so much to wonder about in real estate news these days and it can be difficult to keep up with this news. The news media tells us that it is the housing market that underlies much of our economic crisis. So, what is a person to think about the real estate market now? Is it a good time to sell? Is it a good time to buy? What is the market doing now? We are full of questions and concerns.
With this blog I intend to explore the real estate market in my own area and region, but I expect that as I explore real estate in Mason County, Washington State, that this news will not be that different from what is going on in your own region. I’ll be researching resources and news sources, and sharing them with you.
Right now I am going to be updating the blog structure itself, and as soon as I have the right structure I will begin posting real estate news that we can both use. I am a real estate professional working with clients, so I am very interested in discovering this news and sharing it with you.
